Cindy hill hard drive subpeona

Wyoming’s State Superintendent of Instruction, Cindy Hill’s defense team recently delivered 165,000 subpoenaed documents today to the prosecution. The prosecution’s response was that since the documents were not indexed or sorted that this was an attempt to hide relevant information like “a needle in a haystack”. We believe that this isn’t true considering the vast search capabilities provided by software and services of companies such as google.  These services make it relatively easy to pick out documents that contain relevant keywords, phrases, and with the debut of google’s “hummingbird” – concepts. With google’s new hummingbird search algorithm, these kind of tasks are handled with ease. All the documents could be put into a web-searchable platform and no more “needle in a haystack” concerns.
